STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Home Ground and Icon representatives signing partnership

Our eight partners deliver the great majority of our work. For a small number of projects, those above roughly $100 million or of unusual technical complexity, we bring in Icon.

Icon works across health, education, commercial, residential and infrastructure, and is part of Kajima, one of the largest construction groups in the world. Their New Zealand work includes the Auckland Airport transport hub, a four storey building of 75,000 square metres over a 2,500 space car park, a large data centre fit-out for Microsoft, and the Burwood Hospital redevelopment, a 35,000 square metre health campus built across three ward blocks.

What they bring to those jobs is design and construct capability on complex builds, project controls and digital systems built for that scale, engineering depth in high rise, hospital grade and data centre environments, and bonding and balance sheet capacity through Kajima.

Icon is engaged on specific projects where the scale or specialism calls for it. Everywhere else, work is delivered by our local partner in that region.

National Partner. Local Advantage.

One contract. One point of accountability. A partner in every region.
