Jimmy's Point Apartments

Winton Properties set out to deliver high end apartment living on the Hobsonville waterfront. The site at 12 Marlborough Crescent sits within one of Auckland's larger coastal residential developments, where the market expectation for finish and outlook is high.

The building runs to five levels above a basement, holding thirty apartments with landscaped finishes to the podium. The unit mix ranges from one to three bedrooms, giving the building a spread of buyers rather than a single type. Every apartment faces north towards the water.

The result is a residential building that trades on outlook and ease of living rather than scale alone. It was completed in October 2024.
